Alfa Cytology can combine RNA-seq data with Whole exome sequencing (WES)to determine whether mutated genes are expressed in tumors. In addition, we can also analyze more hidden biological information in RNA-seq data, such as information about copy number changes, microbial contamination, transposable elements, cell types, and the presence of neoantigens.
